I went to the Tesla configurator and optioned it like my family probably would. It came out to 87,000. NP all day long. Nearly 4ok cheaper then how Tesla recommends you option one up.
EDIT: EVEN MORE NP. ONLY 77K!!!!!!!! IT HAS THE 60kWh BATTERY, BUT IT STILL HAS A 203 MILE RANGE!!

This is why Teslas are selling like hotcakes.
Because they're innovative, practical, reasonably priced cars.

I really want one after driving a P85+.

As they should. Going from being in a Tesla into a Leaf is even a step backwards. And going from a Leaf to a gas car is a giant step backwards. For around town EVs are the perfect cars. And the Tesla makes highway miles more doable.

I could get it nearly 2k cheaper if I didn't select the 21'' turbine wheels.
EDIT: 4k cheaper! Awesome!!!!!

For me it was a toss up between the brown and the green. Having seen both in person numerous times I like the green better.

Tesla is literally the only option here then.

Is it bad my idea of NP for a new car is something in the mid-to-high $20,000?
I understand the Tesla is completely different animal, and the pricing is actually really good considering the tech behind it, but still.

When the cheaper model comes out we'll probably get that. My parents don't really want to pay 80k for a car even though we can. But regardless some kind of Tesla will probably replace out Odyssey.

Yeah, by the Cyclone ones aren't half bad for half the price.

I don't think that look works as well in the 19" size. I think 4k on turbines is better spent than 2k on the cyclones. It's base wheels or black turbines for me.

My nearest Tesla store is about 25-30 minuets away. I've configured an even more NP model.

I guess. I don't think I've seen a base well Model S yet. All the Tesla owners around me option theirs up to the gills.

The Model E makes the most sense, for every person who needs a DD really.

Is it like British racing green or darker. Most I've only seen the model s in black.

Yes. The Leaf is good and all, but I wouldn't make it my only car. I would have to own a gas car or Tesla along with it. about 99% of my family's driving is in the Leaf, but there are times when you need just a bit more.

I want one, but it would have to be a P85+ (really fast one) model with air suspension and that giant moon roof. And them ain't cheap. But the running cost is pretty low so you have to account for that.

You must have restraint on the option sheet!

+10 points for selecting it in green. Green is a color that needs to come back on modern cars. I remember a time when every model of every manufacturer had at least 1 shade of green to choose from.

or you could use the base wheels for winter wheels and get some sweet 22" vossen wheels for under 3K

It's one of the only factory shades of green on a modern car I like.
